Description

ER spanner is a common installation and removal tool. A hand tool that turns bolts, screws, nuts, and other threaded fasteners that hold the openings or sockets of bolts or nuts using the lever principle. The spanner is usually provided with a clamp at one or both ends of the handle, and the handle can turn the bolt or nut to hold the opening or sleeve hole of the bolt or nut by applying an external force on the handle.

ER spanner is to install the clamp spring and pressure cap together on the chuck body or the machine tool spindle, clean the cylindrical handle of the tool and install it into the clamping hole, and use the wrench to tighten the pressure cap evenly until the tool is clamped firmly. When changing the tool, loosen the pressing cap with a spanner, take out the chuck and the tool, remove the tool, push the retaining ring along the direction of the arrow to make it exit, and then replace the retaining ring with other holes as needed.
